Welcome to Orbitra (the "App"), a mobile application developed by Pixel Luna Studio ("us," "we," or "our").

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

• Email Address: The email address associated with your Google account, used for account creation and management in Firebase.
• User IDs: Your Firebase User ID (UID), which is used to link your saved progress to your account.

App Activity:

• App interactions: Information about your activity, such as fleet progress, planet upgrades, research levels, prestige milestones, and engagement with rewarded ads.
• User-generated content: Your game progress data (fleet, economy, research, etc.) that is saved to the cloud (Firestore).

Device & Location Information:

• Device or other IDs: We may collect your device's Google Advertising ID (GAID) for analytics purposes.
• Crash logs and Diagnostics: We collect data on crashes and app performance to identify and fix bugs (via Firebase Crashlytics).

Financial Info:

• Purchase history: If you make in-app purchases, we collect a record of those purchases to verify and restore your items.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes:

• To provide App functionality: To authenticate you, save your progress to the cloud, and manage your account.
• For Account Management: To create and securely maintain your user account.
• For Advertising (Monetization): To display rewarded video ads via AdMob. Orbitra only uses rewarded ad formats — you choose when to watch ads in exchange for in-game rewards. No interstitial or banner ads are shown.
• For Analytics & Improvement: To understand how users interact with our App, diagnose and fix errors, and improve performance.
• For Security & Compliance: To prevent fraud, protect our users, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. However, we use third-party services that may collect and share your information to operate our App:

• Firebase (by Google): We use this as our backend. This includes:
  • Firebase Authentication: To manage your user account.
  • Firebase Firestore: To store your saved game progress.
  • Firebase Analytics: To understand app usage.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: To collect crash reports.
• AdMob (by Google): Our advertising network for rewarded video ads only. We may share limited data (such as your Advertising ID) with AdMob to serve ads.

Consent for EU/UK: In regions where required (such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we use Google's Consent Management Platform (CMP) to obtain and record user consent for advertising purposes in compliance with GDPR. Users can revisit and adjust their choices from their device settings or the consent prompt when available.

4. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. We use industry-standard measures, such as in-transit encryption (HTTPS), to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Data Retention and Deletion Rights

We retain your personal data and game progress as long as your account is active.

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. To do so, please submit a request via our Data Deletion Request Form. A member of our team will verify your request and proceed with the deletion.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our servers immediately.
