Data Deletion Request
At Pixel Luna Studio, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data from any of our games (Orbitra, xTen) at any time.
What Gets Deleted
When you submit a data deletion request, we will permanently delete:
- Your Firebase user account and authentication data
- Your saved game progress stored in Firestore
- Your leaderboard entries
- Your achievement and mission progress
- Any purchase verification records (note: Google Play retains its own purchase records)
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please fill out our Data Deletion Request Form. You will need to provide:
- The email address associated with your account
- The game(s) for which you want data deleted
Processing Time
We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Important Notes
- This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All game progress, currencies, and purchases will be permanently lost.
- Google Play may retain its own records of your purchases independently of our systems.
- Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product improvement purposes.
Alternative: In-App Account Deletion
You can also request account deletion directly from within our games, through the Settings menu. This triggers the same deletion process.
